Reviews and Community Standards

Only a customer with a completed booking can post a review labelled as a customer review. We publish honest reviews across the full range of ratings and never buy, fabricate, suppress or remove a review because it is negative.

We may remove content that is unlawful, invades someone's privacy, is abusive or irrelevant, or is demonstrably fraudulent. Every moderation decision is recorded, and the author can ask for it to be reviewed again.

If a review was incentivized in any way, it is labelled as such, and no incentive may depend on a positive rating.

• Treat customers, photographers, affiliates and staff with respect. No harassment, threats, discrimination, stalking or impersonation.
• Follow the law, venue rules and safety instructions.
• Never request, take or share unlawful or non-consensual images.
• Sexualized or exploitative imagery of a minor is prohibited. It will be removed, reported and escalated immediately.
• Keep payments and messages on the platform so the protections in our terms apply.
