Affiliate Agreement and Referral Standards

Affiliates are independent referral partners, not employees or agents. You cannot bind GenieGalleries to anything.

You earn a percentage of the eligible service value of a paid booking made by a customer you referred. Your tier depends on qualified conversions in the last 12 months:

• Basic: 5% (0–10 conversions)
• Gold: 7% (11–49 conversions)
• Premium: 10% (50+ conversions)

Commission is funded from GenieGalleries' share and never reduces a photographer's earnings. It is held for 7 business days before it can be withdrawn, and a booking that is refunded or found invalid reverses the related commission. The referral window, attribution rule and payout minimum are shown in your affiliate dashboard and in the enrolment terms you accept.

Earned, undisputed commission is not forfeited just because the relationship ends.

• Clearly disclose your relationship with GenieGalleries and that you earn commission, in every post, video, review or endorsement.
• Use only approved, accurate claims. Never fabricate reviews, promise guaranteed income, impersonate GenieGalleries, or mislead about photographer review or refunds.
• Do not bid deceptively on the GenieGalleries brand.
• Do not send marketing email or text without valid consent under Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
• Do not refer yourself or manipulate attribution.

We may reverse invalid or fraudulent attribution after review, and may suspend for serious or repeated violations.
