Think about the length of your event, the number of images you'd like, and any specific extras that matter to you, like prints, albums, or a second photographer. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help you choose.

Yes. Most packages include optional add-ons such as additional images, expedited delivery, extra photographers, or custom backgrounds. Toggle these while you configure your package to see how they affect your total in real time.

You'll continue through the booking flow, sharing your shoot details and preferences, then reviewing your order and total before you pay. Your booking is submitted once your payment is confirmed.

Standard turnaround varies by service. Most packages include a standard delivery window, with expedited options available as add-ons. For Photo Editing, turnaround ranges from 12 to 48 hours depending on your package.

All edited images are available for download through the GG Online Gallery, a secure digital gallery linked to your account. You'll be notified as soon as your gallery is ready.

GenieGalleries matches you with a vetted photographer for your service, location and style. You're welcome to share any preferences in your booking notes, and our team will do its best to accommodate them.

Several packages offer overtime or additional-photographer add-ons. You can add these while configuring your package, and the extra time is reflected in your estimated total before you book.

You pay securely by card through Stripe at the end of the booking flow, after reviewing your final total. Your booking is officially submitted as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you'll receive a booking number and confirmation email.

Reschedules and cancellations are handled with our team on a case-by-case basis. Reach out through Support as early as you can and we'll help you adjust or cancel.

If your shoot is outside a photographer's usual area, any travel is discussed and agreed during booking confirmation, never added as a surprise after the fact.
