What happens after I book?

You pay for your package when you book, and your booking is submitted as soon as the payment is confirmed. You'll get a booking number and a confirmation email, and we then match you with a portfolio-reviewed photographer for your service and style.

Your booking appears in your account straight away. We coordinate a suitable photographer and let you know as soon as they've confirmed, so you can message them about the date, location and any specifics.

You can always reach us through Support if your plans change while we're arranging things.
